What’s included in your all-inclusive plan and 10-Year Aira Guarantee
As you’ve been approved for ECO4 funding, your all-inclusive plan, including the 10-Year Aira Guarantee, comes at no extra cost.
Your 10-Year Aira Guarantee gives you complete peace of mind, with three promises:
- 10-Year Comfort Guarantee: The 10-Year Comfort Guarantee promises a cosy indoor temperature between 18˚C-22˚C, even on the coldest day of the year (depending on the room and based on expected minimum temperatures). If not, we’ll come and fix it.
- 10-Year Product & Installation Warranty: The 10-Year Product & Installation Warranty guarantees your heat pump performs exactly as it should. It includes all parts, all labour and necessary maintenance. Everything required to ensure the function of your product and installation is fully covered for 10 years.
- 10-Year Performance Guarantee: We’re so confident in the performance of our heat pumps that we promise yours will deliver heating at least 4X more efficiently than a gas boiler over the course of a year.* If it doesn’t, we’ll step in and make it right.
No hunting for plumbers and engineers. No call-out charges. No hassle. Just complete comfort, performance and efficiency. For a whole decade. And, once your 10 years are up, you can choose to continue your all-inclusive plan for £19.90 a month.
Your all-inclusive plan also includes:
- Premium app features
- A maintenance visit every 2 years
- 4G connectivity if your Wi-Fi drops out
If a service is due and you cannot be reached by phone or email, a postal notification addressed to "the homeowner" will be sent. Where necessary, a site visit may be attempted. If no one is present, a letter will be left explaining the required service and how to contact Aira. This process ensures service continuity regardless of changes in occupancy or temporary unavailability, while maintaining data protection standards and compliance.
The Aira all-inclusive plan and Aira Guarantee is limited by our terms and conditions and does not cover damage or malfunction caused by e.g. components not supplied by Aira, improper or negligent use, vandalism or violence to the heat pump, or unauthorised tampering with the heat pump. *4X efficiency in the Performance Guarantee is based on an overall heating performance of 340% efficiency for an Aira Heat Pump compared to 85% for a standard gas boiler over the course of a year.
