IKEA Coupon Promotion – Terms & Conditions (UK)

1. Offer summary
1.1 Customers who purchase from Aira and complete commissioning of an Aira air- source heat pump (ASHP) will receive a coupon provided via IKEA, with a load value of £250 (“Coupon”).
1.2 Aira will promote and issue Coupons only while it holds a valid allocation of IKEA Coupon codes and only within the validity window of 23/10/2025 to 31/08/2026.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To earn the right to obtain a Coupon, the customer must complete all of the following:
2.1.1 Make a purchase directly via the Aira link on the IKEA UK website or other authorised IKEA communications, through to Aira’s IKEA-branded landing page.
2.1.2 Installation completed and commissioned by Aira at the property.
2.1.3 All payments due are paid per the Aira Customer Contract.
2.1.4 Customer is registered for IKEA Family membership.
2.1.5 Open to residents within Aira’s current eligible postcode coverage for
installations (updated regularly). To confirm coverage, please contact Aira
via the route provided on the IKEA page.
2.1.6 IKEA employees are not eligible for this oer.
2.1.7 Coupon redemption is limited to the United Kingdom (IKEA UK stores and ikea.com/gb-en).
2.2 To redeem the Coupon, the customer must be an IKEA Family member.
2.3 Earning the Coupon may be combined wit hstandard Aira purchase promotions/discounts unless a specific Aira offer states otherwise. This does not affect IKEA’s coupon redemption rules.
2.4 One (1) Coupon per qualifying purchase shall be provided by Aira, unless stated otherwise.
3. When and how the Coupon is issued
3.1 Aira will email the Coupon to the primary contact registered with Aira within 5 working days of upon completion of conditions set out in Section 2.
3.2 The Coupon is deemed delivered when sent to the email address on the order. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
4. Redeeming the Coupon at IKEA
4.1 The Coupon is redeemable in the United Kingdom only (IKEA UK).
4.2 Each Coupon is a unique, one-time-use code issued by IKEA.
4.3 Codes are redeemable while active and within their validity window. (Currently 22/10/2025 to 31/08/2026.)
4.4 The whole value of the Coupon must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any leftover amount on the Coupon after the first transaction shall be lost.
4.5 Lost, stolen, deleted or expired codes cannot be replaced by Aira or IKEA.
4.6 Coupons are non-transferable, no cash alternative, and no change given. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced by Aira or IKEA.
4.7 Promotion valid until 31/08/2026. Aira may limit, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary (e.g., suspected fraud/abuse, supply constraints).
4.8 IKEA reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the Coupon where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
5. Exclusions on Coupon redemption
5.1 The Coupon cannot be redeemed on any food or drink purchases including (but not limited to) purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.
5.2 The Coupon cannot be redeemed against products from Re-shop and Re-use.
5.3 The Coupon cannot be redeemed on purchases of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
5.4 The Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount provided by IKEA.
6. Returns, cancellations & changes
6.1 If the order is cancelled, partially cancelled so it no longer meets Section 3, or refunded in whole/part before issue, no Coupon will be provided.
6.2 If cancellation/refund occurs after issue, Aira may void the Coupon or invoice you for £250.
6.3 All returns of IKEA products purchased using the Coupon are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy.
7. Data protection
7.1 Aira will process personal data to administer the promotion in line with Aira’s Privacy Notice. Limited data may be shared with IKEA to fulfil the Voucher.

8. General
8.1 These T&Cs apply in addition to your Aira Customer Contract and any finance agreement (if applicable).
8.2 If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
8.3 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
8.4 Governing law: England & Wales. Jurisdiction: Courts of England & Wales.
