What is a heat pump?
The Aira Heat Pump is an air source heat pump. The most common kind. But there’s nothing common about what it can do.
Instead of burning fossil fuels like gas or oil, it pulls heat from the air outside to warm your home and hot water. That makes it 4X more efficient than a boiler, cutting home heating CO₂ emissions by 100% and saving you £550 a year on energy bills.

£7,500 off your heat pump with the BUS grant
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (or ‘BUS’ for short) gives eligible homes a £7,500 grant to help replace their old gas boiler with a clean energy heat pump. And, because it’s an installer-led scheme, we will apply for it on your behalf when you switch.
