The 15-Year Comfort Guarantee promises a cosy indoor temperature between 18˚C-22˚C, even on the coldest day of the year (depending on the room and based on expected minimum temperatures).
If not, we’ll come and fix it.
15-Year Product & Installation Warranty
The 15-Year Product & Installation Warranty guarantees your heat pump performs exactly as it should. It includes:
- All parts
- All labour
- All necessary maintenance
Everything required to ensure the function of your product and installation are fully covered for 15 years. No call out charges. No parts to pay for. Not even any labour costs.
15-Year Performance Guarantee
We’re so confident in the performance of our heat pumps that we promise yours will deliver heating at least 4X more efficiently than a gas boiler over the course of a year.*
If it doesn’t, we’ll step in and make it right.

* Solar panels are covered by a 25-Year Panel Product and 30-Year Panel Performance Warranty. These are not included in the Aira all-inclusive plan or Aira Guarantee. They are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their Terms and Conditions.
* The Aira Guarantee is limited by our terms and conditions and does not cover damage or malfunction caused by e.g. components not supplied by Aira, improper or negligent use, vandalism or violence to the heat pump, or unauthorised tampering with the heat pump.
