This is one of the Aira Heat Pump’s Intuitive Light Cues, signalling that your system is actively heating to meet the new target temperature you've set. The light will stop once your desired temperature is reached.

This is one of the Aira Heat Pump’s Intuitive Light Cues, indicating that your system is actively adjusting the water temperature in response to changes you've made to the default tank temperature settings. The light will stop once your desired tank temperature has been reached.

This is one of the Aira Heat Pump’s Intuitive Light Cues, indicating that your system is heating water in response to your temporary hot water boost. The light will continue for as long as you have set the "boost" to last.

This is one of the Aira Heat Pump's intuitive Light Cues, indicating that your system is connecting to the Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth. The light will stop once connection has been established.

The error is still present, which means the heat pump will work at limited capacity or not as it should. The light will disappear only when the error has been resolved by an Aira Technician. This is one of the Aira Heat Pump’s Intuitive Light Cues, indicating that your system is undergoing a firmware upgrade. 

When this happens, your indoor unit will begin by displaying a blinking blue light. When one phase of the upgrade is complete, a solid green light will appear. When the next phase of the upgrade begins, a blue light blinks next to the green light, continuing this pattern until the upgrade finishes. 

If a red light appears, it indicates an error or failed upgrade. In this event, you should check your Aira Home Energy app or contact Aira Customer Care at 0330 822 5493.

You can view your estimated monthly costs and CO₂ savings compared to your old gas or oil boiler in the Aira Home Energy app.

When you receive an error notification on the Aira Home Energy app, it indicates an issue with your Aira Heat Pump system. 

The notification will inform you if the error affects your home's heating or hot water supply and if you need to contact Aira Customer Care, who can provide further details. Once the issue is resolved, the error message will automatically disappear from the app.
