Once you’ve set your desired indoor temperature and the amount of hot water you need a day, your Aira Heat Pump takes care of the rest, heating your home and water in the most efficient way possible. There is no need to make any adjustments. In fact, your heat pump works best if left to do its job. But if you do want to make any changes, you can by using the Aira Home Energy app.

The Aira Heat Pump system software updates automatically when connected to the internet. If your heat pump is offline, use the Aira Home Energy app to connect it. If you experience any difficulties connecting your heat pump, please contact our 24/7 Customer Care team for assistance.

Following your installation, your Clean Energy Technician will guide you through downloading and using the app – it’s incredibly simple. And, with Aira Intelligence, the Aira Heat Pump system will intuitively learn and adapt to your home routines to maintain your indoor temperature with optimal efficiency. Keeping you cosy while saving you even more on your energy costs. 

If your Aira Thermostat's battery dies, it will stop sending temperature data to your heating system, preventing it from using its temperature-regulating features.

As soon as you replace the batteries, the thermostat will automatically reconnect to your heat pump system.
