There is no need to make any adjustments. In fact, your heat pump works best if left to do its job. But if you do want to make any changes, you can by using the Aira Home Energy app.

The Aira Heat Pump system software updates automatically when connected to the internet. If your heat pump is offline, use the Aira Home Energy app to connect it. If you experience any difficulties connecting your heat pump, please contact our 24/7 Customer Care team for assistance.

If your Aira Thermostat's battery dies, it will stop sending temperature data to your heating system, preventing it from using its temperature-regulating features.

As soon as you replace the batteries, the thermostat will automatically reconnect to your heat pump system.
