Getting your home ready
We start by laying down protective sheeting throughout your home, keeping things clean and showing your space the respect it deserves.
Installing your new system
We usually install the outdoor unit first to avoid touching your heating or hot water for as long as possible. Then, we move inside to fit the piping, radiators (if needed), and your indoor units.

Removing & recycling your old boiler
When the indoor units are ready to be installed, we remove your old boiler, which we’ll recycle for you, of course.
Testing, balancing & commissioning
Before anything powers on, we test it. Thoroughly. We check all the electrics, make sure heat’s distributed evenly across every room, and use our bespoke installer app to test and commission your system.
System handover
Once your system’s up and running, we’ll walk you through everything, including how to use your heat pump and app, set your preferences, and get the most from your new way of heating.
